Solid Euroleague Win at a time when we’re having 5 games in 10 days. We were clearly better than Baskonia and at the end Nadir caught fire! But defense needs to improve, and a few other things too… long season! #ParisBasketball #Euroleague

Season Home Opener Banner Night Easy win at home with the new team! We are SO back!
Nice little midday run to stay in shape and quiet the mind today.

Incredibly excited to finally get to my #ParisBasketball home opener tomorrow! Hype’s been building up, the team is playing faster than ever, and while this promises to be a challenging season, our roster is overall more balanced than the past 2 seasons. #Euroleague and #BetclicElite, here we come!
Back to it — decided to go around the canal instead of the running track today and make the most of the good weather.
⛳️ Stupid animals:
Boos during practice swings and the sing-song “YEW-ESS-AY! YEW-ESS-AY!” after a European miss were tiresome, but survivable. What crept in on Saturday was different: insults aimed at players’ wives, homophobic slurs, cheap shots at McIlroy’s nationality dripping with tiresome stereotypes, gleeful reminders of Pinehurst the moment McIlroy crouched over anything inside five feet.
What happened here didn’t invent the tone of American life so much as reflect what’s been an incremental breakdown in public behavior. The country now lives in all-caps, from school-board meetings that sound like street rallies and comment sections that have spilled into the street.
Oh wait this was about golf?! ⛳️🤔

⚽️ FC Nuremberg v Hertha Berlin
9/28/25
In Nuremberg for work for the week, and decided to go check out the local football team with some of my colleagues.
We were seated next to the Berlin fans, and unfortunately, the stadium has a running track around it, which I generally really dislike. But other than that fun atmosphere and frustrating experience to watch the home team lose 0-3. Good experience if they were playing better, I would try to go see that more regularly considering I am visiting this town four times a year.
Pushing for another smaller one this morning to reach the weekly goals and make sure that I can continue pushing.
Colder and significantly more humid run today + I’m feeling the 10K from yesterday. But glad I could still go.
My first 10k in probably 20 years
9/27/25
I believe this might be the first time ever, or at least in the past two decades, that I’ve completed a 10k run (and also managed to run over an hour, which is unprecedented for me, especially without any interruptions).
The course had minimal elevation, and the weather was cold and slightly humid. However, I think the temperature at least helped me maintain my pace and push through. Once I completed the larger loop around the lake, I realized that I needed to push just a bit more to reach the 10k mark as well as the hour mark. So, I continued running.
Proud of myself for reaching this milestone. It wasn’t easy, but I made an effort to pace myself more and ensure that I could complete the longer distance and time.
First run is being back from the US Last chance to run at home before a week-long trip for work
The dynamic music in my ears help me naturally push faster and faster but I need to pace myself more for a longer run next time
Can definitely start feeling some improvement in my fitness levels overall.
Very excited for the reform of @euroleague (and the Fantasy League) this year! Any of my followers here participating?

Doku is such a baller! So excited to see Ohil score in the derby too! #CmonCity #ManCity
This is not a lifestyle change, This is a commitment to my health, for myself, my wife, and my daughter.
Solid couple of runs in Maryland over the past week: pushing myself more and more
First catch from DeAndre Hopkins as a Baltimore Raven, and it’s a dead-grab one-handed catch and touchdown! Woah! 🏈 #RavensFlock #NFL
First run for these next couple of weeks in the US. Overall, quite happy about the performance, especially given that this was a longer run than usual .
Nice to see some bike lines that I could use however, being in the suburbs is definitely not ideal at with regards to running paths.

🏈 📺 With Streameast shutting down, what are other platforms to watch sports (NFL Football, ⚽️, …)? NFL starts again today and I’m gonna need my fix!
Run cut short by the unexpected pouring rain today, but glad I’m able to keep these going 3-4/week so far
🏈 🏆 Last weekend before the return of the NFL — my fantasy football draft earlier today I’m really excited about the team I was able to put together

4th 5k workout this week, starting to feel good and get my routine down.
Glad my wife and daughter were able to join for a bit but the local stadium security guy asked them to leave cuz “too dangerous” for the toddler to run around in an unused area of the track 🤔

Really excited for the start of #EuroBasket today! Our French National Team has some exciting young talent and some good potential to make a deep run in this competition! #AllezLesBleus

Fourth day of the week
Third (5k) run of the week
Ran uninterrupted / non-stop this time
First one with the new shoes — no soreness, super light, super comfortable, kept a good face in the entire time
Overall, very happy :)
Day 2, Run 2
And now time to finish the workday before retiring these shoes and trying a new pair
First day of the week first run of the week

🏉 🏟️ 🏆 Starting to get quite hyped about the Women’s Rugby World Cup starting later today!

Simple and to-the-point, I love this new ad campaign to support our French Women’s National Rugby Team ahead of the Women’s Rugby World Cup

🏀
John Wall’s speed, with or without the ball, registered as a whole other thing, something uncanny and exhilarating and miraculous. (…) John Wall was fast more or less the way Steph Curry is good at shooting three-pointers. (…)
…The sound of the team’s in-arena announcer’s drawn-out JOHHHHHNNNNN WALLLLLLL is the backing track to some of the most fun I ever had watching professional sports in person. Basketball as a whole, too, benefited from having in it a guy who, for a time anyway, could break games more or less the way the Road Runner broke Wile E. Coyote’s traps, by sprinting straight through them at the speed of sound.
🏀 My point gawd announced his retirement yesterday:

Thank you John Wall, Washington Wizards and DC legend! His peak years with the Wiz were arguably the last time that the team was relevant, which is very sad to point out. We’re gonna need a jersey retirement ceremony and everything. Someone tell owner Ted Leonsis to get on it!

⚽️ “This is Stadio”, this is Football.
