Solid couple of runs in Maryland over the past week: pushing myself more and more

First run for these next couple of weeks in the US. Overall, quite happy about the performance, especially given that this was a longer run than usual .

Nice to see some bike lines that I could use however, being in the suburbs is definitely not ideal at with regards to running paths.

But if our childhoods were that wonderful, why didn’t Generation X replicate our own experiences for our children? Why did so many millions of free-range kids grow up to become helicopter parents?
