Been a huge fan since @hernameisbanks was putting out her first EPs.

Wife came with me on the daily run today, for the first 2k :)

Stopped today’s run at 5k: between the recovery from leg injury + being under the weather this past weekend, having just eaten lunch, and the windy weather, I’d rather hit my weekly goal by pushing later this week than pushing too hard today.
